A RICH HISTORY OF INNOVATION

Company is established by the Raffi & Swanson families as a manufacturer
of lacquer formulations in Boston, Massachusetts.

In response to growing demand; the Monsanto Surface Coatings Division
was acquired and the company relocated to our current facility in Wilmington, MA.

Emerging technologies led to producing rotogravure printing inks for cellophane and paper.

An increasing commitment to research and development resulted in the development
of urethane polymers that were instrumental in replacing earlier technologies;
particularly for use in specialty textiles.

Demand for water-based technology leads to plant expansion providing
increased capacity for polyurethane resin and acrylic polymer manufacture.

Continued investment in urethane and acrylic technology.

Ongoing Research & Development results in the development of unique breathable
polymers for the textile industry.

Introduction of the product line to the global marketplace

AllCoat Technology acquires Raffi & Swanson.
